City fails to provide adequate resources for it's current residents. Their numbers are most definitely in their favor and have been obviously finagled so it doesn't show the true predicament which this city is rapidly spiralling towards!
This municipality makes the numbers look way better than they actually are. Most adults share housing due to high poverty and low wages. No sidewalks, very unsafe for pedestrians, bikes, children! City fails to keep up with it’s population. Needs to reorganize their priorities! No more huge facilities without at least one tiny park.
